Processing Time
Orders are typically processed and shipped within 1–2 business days (Monday–Friday, excluding holidays). Once your order ships, you’ll receive a confirmation email with a tracking number.

Shipping Locations
We currently ship to all 50 U.S. states. At this time, international shipping is not available.
Order Tracking
Once your order ships, you’ll receive an email with tracking details. You can track your package directly through the carrier using the provided tracking number.
Returns & Exchanges
Return Policy
We want you to love your purchase. If you’re not satisfied, you may return unused items within 30 days of delivery for a refund.

Custom/private label or personalized items cannot be returned

Clearance or sale items are final sale and cannot be returned
How to Return an Item

Contact us at hello@msoaps.com within 30 days of delivery.

Include your order number and reason for return.

We’ll provide you with a prepaid return label.

Securely package your items, attach the label, and drop off at any authorized shipping location.
Refunds
Once we receive your return, we’ll inspect the item and process your refund within 3–5 business days. Refunds are issued to your original payment method.
Exchanges
We don’t currently offer direct exchanges. If you’d like a different item, please return your order and place a new one.
Damaged or Defective Items
If your order arrives damaged or defective, contact us right away at hello@msoaps.com with photos. We’ll arrange a replacement or refund at no cost to you.
